Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2024. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Visioning Cloud ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Visioning Cloud provides web hosting, domain registration, VPS servers, monitoring services, and resold software licenses (including NordVPN). Services are provided "as-is" and subject to availability.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete billing information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host or distribute illegal content, malware, or phishing sites
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Mine cryptocurrencies or conduct DDoS attacks
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts our network or other customers

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. PKR equivalent is provided for reference.
  • Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Stripe.

6. Refund Policy

Shared hosting plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. This does not apply to domain registrations, VPS servers (after provisioning), or NordVPN licenses. Renewals are non-refundable.

7. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for shared hosting. If we fail to meet this, you may request a credit proportional to the downtime. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, or customer-caused outages.

8. Data & Backups

While we perform daily backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own data backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, user error, or account termination.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Visioning Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

Yes. All shared hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations and VPS servers are excluded.
Yes. You can cancel your service at any time from the client portal. No cancellation fees apply. Services remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
We retain your data for 7 days after cancellation, during which you can request a backup. After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted.
