By accessing or using any services provided by Visioning Cloud ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Visioning Cloud provides web hosting, domain registration, VPS servers, monitoring services, and resold software licenses (including NordVPN). Services are provided "as-is" and subject to availability.
You agree not to use our services to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Shared hosting plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. This does not apply to domain registrations, VPS servers (after provisioning), or NordVPN licenses. Renewals are non-refundable.
We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for shared hosting. If we fail to meet this, you may request a credit proportional to the downtime. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, or customer-caused outages.
While we perform daily backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own data backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, user error, or account termination.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
Visioning Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
